Неплохое приложение
Здравствуйте, решила приучать ребёнка к йоге, сама занимаюсь с 2010года. Сын 5 лет с задержкой развития и дефицитом внимания, но голос ведущего слушал внимательно и повторял позы с интересом. Очень хорошо, что приложение простое и понятное.
Чистый четкий голос, без лишнего шума, сопровождение вдохов и выдохов - прекрасно.
За одним минусом: на мой взгляд это достаточно не простая последовательность для начинающих: верблюд, поза рыбы, к примеру. Без сопровождения инструктора или опытного практика я бы не рекомендовала заниматься ребёнку.
