Сняли деньги

Приложение плохо работает если далеко отойти голова отлетает. Анимация резковатая, графика не очень хороша. У меня по ошибке снялись деньги за отсутствие рекламы и вернуть эту покупку нельзя, что очень огорчает потому что никакого дополнительного подтверждения покупки не было. Не могли бы вы вернуть мне деньги? В app store данная покупка не появляется, возможно потому что совершена внутри приложения.
