Six Realms Samsara(6RS) Meditation is a practical set of meditation techniques designed for modern individuals to apply in their everyday lives. This program merges traditional Eastern practices with Western meditation approaches rooted in contemporary science and psychotherapy. The term "six realms" in Six Realms Samsara Meditation refers to distinct realms within the cycle of our past, present, and future lives. Yet, these realms also symbolize our ever-changing state of mind in each moment. Practicing and comprehending the six realms in diverse situations through this application enables us to manage our emotions and sustain inner peace in real-life scenarios. Particularly in stressful situations, it empowers us to create psychological space, allowing us to step back and observe our situation rather than being overwhelmed. Ultimately, the practice guides us to recognize the genuine value of our life and existence, leading to a more liberated and empowered way of living.



Key Features of the Application


1. Six Realms Psychological Check:


Evaluate your core emotions through questions designed to assess your emotional state. In daily life, emotions are often overwhelming or suppressed due to a lack of awareness. If we are not aware of these emotions they can explode.
The 18 questions provided have been tested for reliability and validity based on the characteristic emotional states in each of the six realms. Therefore, through this test, users can understand their core emotions by identifying the areas of the six realms where they tend to spend most of their time.



2. Personalized Meditation Practice Based on Your Results:


We offer a customized meditation practice to help you understand, become aware of, and gain insight into your core emotions. In the process, you will be helped to alleviate conflicts in relationships, personal anger, dissatisfaction, and anxiety. You will also develop an attitude to better understand yourself and others as interdependent beings.



3. Recognize Changes After Meditating:


As your feelings and emotions in each of the six realms become more specific, it will be helpful for you to recognize changes before and after meditation, especially as you quantify the intensity of your feelings on a scale of 1-10.



4. Understand Patterns Regarding Your Emotional States:



In "My Page," data is stored regarding the changes in your emotional states. The provided graphs are based on your data, which allow you to compare the intensity of your emotions over time. You can also keep a three-line diary of your post-meditation feelings for ongoing insight and exploration of your state of mind.
