Note:
Albums optionally integrates with Apple Health. If you choose to give Albums access to your Workout history, it can create "Workout Jams" Insight Collections, which match up your listening history to your exercise history. You can enable this functionality by going to the Insights tab and tapping the settings gear next to the "Workout Jams" heading. Permission for Albums to access this data can be controlled via the Apple Health app.

- Well look who’s back: the pre-6.0 iPad layout for the album page has returned! You can now pick between that view (Art View) and the 6.0 layout (Detail View).
- Tap the info icon next to an album’s play count on the stats tab for more information about why Albums chose that play count.

- Fixed a couple of issues where widgets could crash on iOS 18
- Fixed an issue where changes to Quick Collection names didn’t sync across iCloud
- Fixed an issue where an album’s duration might not be updated when all its tracks become available
- Sidebar visibility is now remembered across iPad app launches
- Fixed an issue where if the iPad app was last closed on the Now Playing screen, relaunching it could show incorrect now playing information
- Fixed an issue where track ratings might not appear for users not subscribed to Apple Music on iOS 17 and below
- Fixed an issue where the Collections tab required a pull-to-refresh before a change to the Local Only Music toggle would be shown
