What is Tap-Tap?
Tap-Tap is a variation of the game Simon Says or Touch Me. It is a memory game where the goal is to reproduce sequences of colours randomly defined. The complexity of the game increases over time.
How does a game of Tap-Tap unfold?
The computer will display a series of colours.
The user must then repeat the series by tapping on the colours.
If the user succeeds, the series becomes longer and more complex.
Otherwise, the game ends.
What is the purpose of the Tap-Tap game?
The aim is to enhance visual attention, thinking skills, concentration, reflexes, and speed. Ultimately, this contributes to the development of grey matter containing cell bodies in certain parts of the brain. The areas developed include the cerebral cortex, the hippocampus, and the cerebellum.
