In a world that has never felt more polarized we believe that authentic community brings healing and hope. At Gather we seek to create community that loves well, inspires hope, prizes joy, and overcomes differences. Our community centers around a common meal: we believe that the table has always inspired deeper authenticity and vulnerability. Our community commits to specific practices, like loving neighbors well, valuing questions above answers, and learning to pursue justice and mercy in our cities and world. Our community creates learning environments that help us practice the ways of Jesus with our head, heart, and hands.
You don't have to be a Christian to be welcomed here. We host lots of spaces that are created simply as a gift for those longing for community. And you won't experience a bait and switch either. If we say something is not religious, we mean it. We truly believe there is immense value in creating life-giving community spaces that people of diverse backgrounds feel welcome and safe in.
We also cultivate a number of space for people who are spiritually curious, who want to know more about Jesus, or who already follow Jesus and want to walk that journey together.
