Porch is a tool for every stage of your homeowner journey. In addition to providing easy access to enhanced inspection reports for many customers, Porch also offers everything you need to move and manage your home with ease. HOW IT WORKS:
1. This app is currently available to the following home buyers:
- Home buyers who’ve recently had a home inspection with an inspector who partners with Porch. If you’ve received an invite to access your inspection report in the app, just download the app and enter a few details about yourself and your move so we can best customize your app experience. In addition to managing your inspection report, you can do even more in the app using your inspection report data, like creating a custom home to-do list and tracking your appliances.
- Borrowers who are referred to the app by their lender. It’s OK if you don’t have an inspection report yet, you can add it to the app later.
2. When you’re ready to move, we can help with that, too! You can book just movers, a moving van, or full-service local and long-distance moves. We can also research competitive home insurance rates, find the best TV and Internet deals, and everything else you need to plan your move.
3. Once you’re moved in, you’ll get other free tools and services in the Porch app, like a handy moving checklist and valuable offers. You can also instantly book over 200 different types of home services for repairs or maintenance.

FREE SERVICES:
- Automatically connect with your inspection report to have essential home data in the palm of your hand. (This feature is currently available for home buyers with an inspection report provided by an inspector who partners with Porch. Other users can do a quick upload to store their inspection report in the app.)
- Build a custom home to-do list based on data from your inspection report.
- Keep track of important appliance info.
- Get a personalized moving checklist.
- Book movers directly in the app.
- Instantly schedule repairs through the Porch Services handyman network.
- Compare home insurance quotes.
- Find help with other moving-related services.
- Enjoy up to $500 in welcome gifts and offers (amount varies based on location and available offers).
