I don’t usually invest time in writing reviews. However this App is a must have for all of us to perform Umra. I found the App displaying different options each you login when wanting to pick available time slots. Also the selection of time slots needs to be authenticated by entering a set of characters which are SOOOOO difficult to tell whether are in Cap or small case so u end up guessing and taking a lot of trials to get it right. Thanks

After so many bugs, I managed to secure a successful booking for Umrah but my old tickets for transport were not appearing for use. So I bought 3 new tickets 3 TIMES and all 3 TIMES my card was charged and I didn't get a booking. The booking time expired and I was left with SAR 240 total paid without getting a booking and also wasted 2 hours of my life trying to get the booking. There is no way to contact the App support team. The phone number goes to auto voice message and the email falls on deaf ears. This is a poorly run app that should be off the market immediately because it is robbing people's money and not booking anything for them.

Trying since last one year to update my email address but it’s the same issue can’t update. It’s not getting updated. The app sometimes doesn’t say anything or again and again it says data is wrong.
Pls I need to change the email address. Pls help and support.
