Couple of things
The first one related to the app where it really lacks the user friendly features in the payment and raising any complaint in copying the numbers from page to other. Very limited information about any incoming shipment. In renewing the package the system will start counting from the day of the payment ant it is not from the day of the expiration of the existing package.

The app is not supported by ground troops that deliver packages in timely manner and the agent will keep asking for the address and further details that can be obtained from the system.

The packages may go back and forth between final destination and Dammam central office before they deliver it if they did not lose it.

The app doesn’t give enough information,and even If u call them they they send u back to the app not even going to one of their locations is helpful in the end it’s just a waste of time to try and get helpful service from them not only that but there are barely any ads for spl I suddenly got a message from them saying pay this amount or we will send your package away when you make a postal service especially if it is a governmental one you should advertise it so people can know about it early on and that will make using/interacting with the postal service much easier.
I end this review with affirmation about how useless the customer service is whether by phone,app, or in person at one of their locations.

don’t even bother with this service, spl international is a real waste of time and money and too much hassle and the worst international service I ever used. First the package takes at least a day and a half to be registered on the system, and then another full day to confirm the price and upload the invoice like it needs a team of experts to work on it. and did I mention they will increase the weight by a minimum of 1 kg, because why not? and if you contact the customer service about it they’ll tell you simply to pay that or get lost, how convenient is that. when compared to other companies this is truly a waste of energy. at the end I would like to say customer service just go home at this point.
