يعد الحلواني أول تاجر لسيارات تويوتا في الطائف, فقد خطرت الفكرة للشيخ محمد صالح الحلواني في شهر رمضان المبارك لعام ١٣٨٧ هجرية وأن الهدف من وراء هذا المشروع كان لخدمة أهالي الطائف في زمن قلة وندرة وجود واستخدام السيارات ومشقة السفر والترحال على أهالي المنطقة وبتوفيق من الله لم يأت أول أيام عيد الفطر بتاريخ الأول من شوال ١٣٨٧ هجرية حتى تمكن من افتتاح المؤسسة وسط مباركة وترحيب من الأحباب والأصدقاء لتبدأ رحلة التطوير المستمر حتى أصبحت شركة ذات مسئولية محدودة يشار لها بالبنان في هذا المجال
