اتبع هالخطوات بسهولة وأزهلها :
- اختر طريقة الطلب أو تصفح قائمة الطعام
- حدد موقعك أو اختر الفرع في حال الاستلام من الفرع
- اختر من قائمة الطعام ما لذ وطاب واضفها للسلة
- راجع طلبك وتأكد إن الوضع تمام وإن ما فيه عرض فاتك أو أكله نفسك تضيفها لطلبك
- اتمم الطلب وتابع خطوات تحضير طلبك
وبعد ما يوصلك الأكل اضرب بالخمس ووسع صدرك
وأكل الرومانسية كفيل أنه يضبط نفسيتك

Good service,Poor optimization of the app
The Service is good but the app is not optimized properly which leads to my phone heating up whenever I use the app. I use an iPhone 11 Pro Max, so it should not heat up with no apps running in the background l, I tried this app with many other phones too and they all heated up. The overall service of the restaurant is good though. It’s just that all my phones heat up as soon as I launch this app.
Needs improvement
You can’t check menu unless you log in!
Kindly, let customers navigate menu freely.
Poor in every regard
Please please please don’t order using this App. Romansiah is great at preparing food. Logistics is not their area of expertise.
I ordered food & the failed to deliver the mix grill in spite of charging for it.
Plus the delivery times are excruciatingly slow. I stay 2 km away from their location. Yet it took over 75 minutes to deliver.
