Refresh window
Everything is more than perfect, the only thing is the refresh window that appears more than 10 times in less than a minute
I was trying to book while this window continues to appear which let me lose the booking and I need to start over again
It’s not making sense that this appear so many time in raw and we need to close it so many time so the window get off the page

Not honest app!!
Almosafer used to be very competitive with their prices and options. Recently, they have changed and started following the semi-scam apps where they will make something available for you to book with a very appealing price! and then when you book it, you will get a call from them shortly after to tell you that what you booked is not available ( although IT IS!!) and offer you something else instead. Now you are in a corner, if you ask for immediate refund, they will tell you it will take weeks for the refund and pressure you on accepting whatever they offering.
It’s sad to see them following that deliberate deceiving way of dealing with customers. And to be fair, this happened to me many times not just once. Otherwise I would have thought it’s a mistake.
Run from them like running away from a lion
Worst experience ever they ruined my travel schedule and caused me to pay additional fees to book a flight as my flight was canceled and they didn’t inform me and I found that the operating airline doesn’t operate to my destination and it’s almosfer fault after I contacted them they wouldn’t refund my tickets and I had to do all the work and contact the airline and GACA to get my money which of course the want a cut from they would like their fees which they don’t deserve and wouldn’t refund the whole amount
I would rate them less if I could
