My 1st choice always!
I was at first using the app with low expectations, as I had very traumatic experiences with other apps that provide same services as them, but when I tried almatar, it is all different!
Their costumer experience team are the best, refunds, cancelations, support, fast response and also compensations and gifts!

تطبيق لا يعتمد عليه - not reliable app
I made a booking for me and my family one week prior to Eid AlFitr. I paid the full amount and they send me the booking confirmation. I drive to my booking destination 4 hours with the family. They send me that my booking is canceled the day of my check-in (night before Eid)!!!!!!! They put me in big trouble , especially during Eid time you can not find any bookings. Never happened to me with any other application , avoid , avoid , avoid , avoid, very very disappointing and the ruined the Eid holiday.
حجزت لاجازة عيد الفطر قبل العيد باسبوع ودفعت المبلغ كامل وارسلوا لي تاكيد الحجز ، سافرت لمكان الاقامة مع العائلة ويوم الوصول قالوا لي حجزك ملغي . وهذا الكلام ليلة العيد، بحيث لايوجد توفر للفنادق. قالوا لي نعوضك بالمبلغ اللي دفعته ودبر عمرك!!!!!! هذا تطبيق بالله ، حاسوا علي وعلى العائلة اجازة عيد الفطر. تجربة مريره وحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل عليهم.
Poor customer service & very poor planes
I booked and travelled on 3 flights using Almattar application and on Flynas. They were the worst experience i ever had. The worst planes onNas Ailines. I flew on Nas planes for more than 12 years but the 3 floghts i booked using Almattar application were the worst. I tried to modify one of the bookings two weeks before the floght but they told me you can not modify so i booked a new one as they advised me and I haven’t got a refund until now. Two months of communication with the customer service and nothing happened. Don’t book floghts using Almattar as they book the worst planes and restricted tickets to give good prices but they don’t warn customers beforehand. I hate Almattar.
