Bad service

Many drivers accept the ride request then they cancel it if the payment is not cash !! Sometimes you waste time waiting for them to arrive and suddenly the ride is cancelled!! Fix ur app and show the drivers in what way the payment was received to save our time !! So I would bother to accept the ride from the beginning if the payment dose not suit them

I was requested to pay 20 riyals more at the end of the ride even though the ride was paid using apple pay and it was so expensive and when asking them why do i have to pay 20 riyals more they said the captain filed a complaint 🤨..and during the ride he did ask me how will you pay and i said i already paid using apple pay , and today I’ve ordered a driver and he called me and I couldn’t hear anything so I told him tell me on whatsapp so he said: i want you to pay with cash I said : i already paid using apple pay he said: then cancel the ride..i said: why don’t you cancel it he said: I didn’t come near you yet you can cancel , and now I can’t get my money back because of cancellation! I reached out to them they said: No amount was withdrawn from you for this trip!!!!!! Even though I told them i just checked and they they asked for a picture that proved the thing “money was taken from my bank account” but there’s no such a thing “to send pictures in the chat!” , then now they said they gave the money back in the wallet of the app..I said I want to have my money in my bank account they said once you pay you can’t have them back we can give them back in the wallet only! Meaning = i can use them to order another taxi but I can’t have them back!!!!!!!! , to be honest after trying it for many times and having all of these problems I decided to not use it again and i will delete it.. there are still things that I didn’t mention 🙂

Complaint 3 times until they were willing to discuss the problem!!!

I sent the same complaint 3 times until they discussed the matter with me, as one of the drivers was late in arriving and tried to force me to cancel the trip, and after waiting more than 20 minutes, he came from a far place and spoke in a provocative manner, in addition to that he did not follow the GPS route, but rather entered the side streets, Which forced him to return from the opposite direction until he reached King Fahd Road and the Northern Ring Road, which are crowded and at sunset, and it is a very long path. I asked them to compensate me with at least 20 riyals for the delay and to increase my itinerary to add to my wallet. Perhaps they thought I was “begging” them, and without any consideration of the circumstances of the trip and our suffering, their compensation was only 6 riyals, even though the difference in the cost of the trip between the cost declared upon request and what I actually paid was more than 16 riyals. This is in addition to the psychological damage resulting from the driver’s provocative actions and words. May God not forgive you, and I am sorry for trusting you when we adopted your application on our travels. The truth is that the application is not worth the risk.
