Delivery

The app is very good and the burgers are delicious but every time when i order it takes 40-60 min delivery !

Delivery delay and useless customer service

I’ve ordered from the app after very long day at work , and the order supposed to be delivered within 44 min , I was surprised over an hour later that the driver didn’t even took the order yet because he lives far away from the restaurant !!!!!!!!!! Called the customer service and they were useless and eventually the order was never delivered, and I got a message that I’ll get my money after a week !!!!
In summary, they wasted my time and I slept without getting any meal .

تطبيق فاشل

This app is nothing but a failure. The order status doesn’t update so you will never know if your order is accepted or not. The food arrived after one hour and 30 minutes. There too many branches in the area, but the order has been sent to a far branch. After all this horrible experience the food arrived cold and with missing items.
