My item wasn’t available, I’ve been fooled, and lost 219 SR

I order an item and after couple of days they told me the item is not available, find a replacement and we will offer you a discount. I did and they told me you have extra money, would you like to be store credit? I said yes, maybe i will need to purchase with it later. After a minute they sent me the receipt, unfortunately there was no discount only the difference between both items. I asked for the discount, and they said “sorry only if you purchase an item that has higher price we will give you the discount”. I felt i was fooled by them, so instead of trying to make the customer happy, they fooled the customer. I asked for a return of the item immediately. They tried to buy time to convince me to keep the item, while then two days later the item was sent to my door step. I refused to accept it and return it. they charged me 60 Sr on every item i took and refused to return my store credit with cash.

So basically my item that i ordered was not available, they failed to satisfy the customer, and I have lost 219 Sr and been fooled.

Been buying things online since 2012 and never have I ever been in such a horrifying experience in my life.

Worst Furniture Company Ever!!!

I ordered 4 weeks ago and got my shipment with 2 items missing. Tried to contact them on a daily basis to check my issue and they kept telling me we will ship the missing items in 5 days. It's been almost 3 weeks back and forth with them until they confessed that those missing items are not in the warehouse so they had to buy it from their re-seller. God knows how many days do I need to be patient and wait for my missing items that I PAID for to be dispatched.

Bottom line: This is my first experience with them and it will be the last. There are many options you can buy your furniture from and they do respect their clients and don't lie to them. I don't recommend this app/company at all.
