Fantastic home cleaning application

I've been using DARI for my home cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The app makes booking a cleaning service incredibly simple and convenient. The cleaners are always punctual, professional, and they do a fantastic job. My home feels fresh and every time. I also appreciate the ability to customize my cleaning preferences directly through the app, which ensures everything is done just the way I like it. DARI has truly taken the stress out of keeping my home clean. Highly recommended! The customer service for Dari is outstanding! From the moment I had questions about my booking to resolving a small issue , the support team was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They truly go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

0 Star - extremely bad customer service

I requested 2 workers and the application accepted with no issues. On the day of the service where I had to leave my office to come to the house expecting the workers to arrive shortly they cancelled the service 😳 the reason is they don’t cover my area. I wasn’t informed ahead of time although I had a chat with an agent 3 days before the service appointment and i reconfirmed it, and she didn’t mention anything about cancellation. Today when the service was cancelled the chat agent had the guts to ask me to give her good rating for her customer service!!! Worst administration and customer service ever. Her name is Nesma and the other one is Nada. So unprofessional and no respect for people’s time. Actually the fact that they give TWO HOURS timeframe for the workers to arrive this tells how no respect for people’s time what so ever. Too too bad. I recommend using Raha much better, unfortunately i couldn’t find an appointment they are fully booked. And now I know why I found an appointment easily with Dari because of their bad service they are available.
The one star is only to be able to add a review. The deserve below zero star.
