Very convenient and professional

Great service. Very Convenient. Very Professional. Rider was at location on time. He did an excellent job. I had only to ask him one thing to do a minor spot he missed.

Drawbacks: The app didn’t track the rider from previous location to mine. He was suddenly at location. Also, didn’t track him arriving, washing and finishing properly. The service took a full hour which I felt was too long.

1st & Last time ever

At the beginning of the application period everyone was really doing great. Easy to book at anytime, good cleaning and cleaners. I purchased the 6month + 2month free package and since its 3rd month i am unable to book a near appointment. All appointments will be like after 8 to 10 days minimum. Luck of manpower i guess. Now the company seemed to understand the issue or due to tons of complaints suddenly increased the manpower numbers however all the newly added employees are not trained and the cleaning experiment dropped badly. The employees simply dont care and not listening to our comments. My wife car paint has been damaged due to quality of rugs used as well as a chemical was skipped over the car mode keys damaging one of them as the key skin cover peeled off (RAV4 Y-2022 Only 30,000 Km). The WhatsApp representative is not active and whenever you file a complaint he will do his best to ignore you. I really feel that it was one of my worst experiences in my life even though i paid my money i am bugging for the service. Waiting for the last 2 month to end in order to finish my contract and delete this App forever. 2 month remaining and i have still 13 washes for my registered two cars which i could not get in past 6 month due to limited bookings.

Bad service

Never recommend this application and service to anyone the bikers don’t speak or understand Arabic or even English and they do not use the location properly. They always go to a wrong location and they do not answer the phone!! Also their service is not that good you can have a better service in any other place and their customer service is so rude. She told me the biker is arrived and she didn’t give me any time to talk and she hung up on me. And after all that I called the biker and he told me the company cancelled your appointment and I have to pay all the cancellation fees!! even though I didn’t cancel the biker didn’t understand anything

خدمتهم سيئة من ناحية الغسيل والتعامل مع العامل لا يفهم عربي ولا انقلش ودايم اللوكيشن غلط ويدخل بعينك انه وصل وهو على بعد 700 متر! والتواصل معاه جداً صعب لا يرد جوال ولا واتساب ومع الشركه برضو لا واتساب ولا رقم ثابت ولا حتى تويتر! وغير هذا يتكنسل الموعد ويقولون عشان عدم الرد واصلاً عاملهم لا يرد ولا يفهمني لدرجة خليت الحارس يكلمه بلغتهم وبرضو لا زال مايفهم ولا جا
