The app is solving big problem for any car buyer in the Saudi market, sales team response was so professional, they were even asking for permission to call me every time they wanted to update me concerning my car delivery status. The full experience was online and I literally bought the car while sitting in my living room inclusive of insurance, ownership transfer, pre delivery maintenance including polishing the car in and out, in addition to 1 year warranty.

I received my car in 8 working days and the sales representative surprised me by asking for my IBAN so the company transfers a two days delay penalty that I didn’t even ask for

The services and support was very good the car was delivered in 2 week by my front door of my home. Buying a car online used is risky. This company is trusted and reliable just as seen on the pictures of the car defects and problems is all shown. Thank you for your service and support.

Unfortunately most of the used cars they post about with the ability to finance are not available. They will tell you that it is with a client and that they will have to see if it is available first and the installment price is just there but that is not the actual estimation as well they just put up the numbers to get you to book and pay the booking fee then they will market different cars/model years. للاسف غير واضحين في تسعيرتهم و توفر السيارات. بيحطون سيارات حتى هم ما يعرفون لو متوفرة ام لاء بحكم ان السيارة مع عميل و بيقولك بنشيك لو موجودة وسعر التقديري للاقساط الي حاطينه على السيارات غير صحيح تمام هم حطاين معدلة بناء على سعر الكاش لكن لما تبغى تمول السيارة بيكون القسط مختلف تمام وقد يصل الى ضعف. يعلنون على السيارة عشان تدفع رسوم الحجز و يتصلون يسوقون سيارة و مديلات مختلفة.

نود إعلامك بأن أي سيارة متاحة للحجز فهي متوفرة، علماً بأنه يتوفر أكثر من 5000 سيارة، و سعر الكاش ثابت، الأقساط في التطبيق تقريبية نظراً لاختلاف هامش الفائدة والتأمين من عميل لآخر ولا يمكن حصر الأقساط لكل العملاء أو توحيدها، بمعنى قد يكون السعر أقل من الموجود بالتطبيق أحياناً، وهذا موضح قبل إتمام الطلب💙😊
