Most professional laundry service I’ve had the pleasure of using. Yes they’re more expensive, but you get what you pay for. They managed to get out stains from expensive clothes that other laundry services just couldn’t handle. My vintage items were handled with care. Their customer service and support is great. And the drivers pick up and deliver to your location without any hassle or asking for directions.

Cleanline is a terrible company that has horrible quality control issues and is incredibly unreliable. In addition, their customer service center is non-existant. They have lost my laundry items on multiple occasions. Including items of sentimental value. When I message them on their application, they are very slow to respond and always provide vague and unhelpful comments. It’s near impossible to get hold of their customer service center directly. Even when I eventually did, they said they “lost track” of my laundry and that it would be impossible to find. What an incredibly useless service. I might as well throw my laundry directly into the trash.

Even when they occasionally return laundry, (only 2 items from the total sent) the laundry often comes back dirtier than when I sent it. The company is also playing dirty tactics by deleting my reviews and blocking my account on other social media platforms. To summarize, DO NOT USE THIS APP, unless you want to give your laundry away.

I utilized Cleanline laundry service for both washing and ironing my clothes. While they managed to pick up and deliver on schedule, I was disappointed with the results. Upon receiving my clothes, they appeared as though they hadn't been properly ironed; instead, it seemed like they had been hung on hangers and sent back.

Despite their assurance of addressing any issues, I've been in contact with them for the past three days, seeking a resolution. However, their response time has been sluggish, and even when I receive a brief reply after waiting, it's only to promise a correction without any subsequent action.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to include images to illustrate the problem due to Apple's review restrictions. In light of my experience, I recommend others to explore alternatives that offer more professional and satisfactory services compared to Cleanline.
