Greater than other applications

Unlike any other voucher card apps the prices remain the same as the product, and they offer products from so many different companies. Extremely reliable. They also offer a variety of payment methods.

Burglar app

I ordered a 34.5 SR Mobily recharge card, they charged me before refusing my order, and I have not received my card since then. I contacted the support service, they answered “we have a technical problem, please wait for up to 48 hrs 🤷🏻‍♂️” . And now after more than 48 hrs, their answer still the same “Sorry, technical issue, please wait”. This is totally wrong and unacceptable , if you have problems with your app then don’t charge people for nothing. Bad and poor app, and I’ll never ever use it again, as I am taking legal action if I didn’t get refunded 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽.

This application suddenly pulled out of my balance an amount of 385 riyals
Knowing that I never downloaded the application until after they withdrew the amount in order to communicate with technical support and contacted them, and I never got a result until now. Every time I contacted them, they say your problem needs time, and I wait for more than two weeks now, and there is no result, so be careful not to let it happen to you like me.
