Fake information !!

worst app ever . If I could give it less than 1 star I wouldn’t hesitate! I renewed my bundle and it tells me I have 2000 carry over megabytes but yet my internet doesn’t work , I called customer care and they told me that I’m ran out of my megabytes and I should’ve called them the dayI renewed my bundle to be able to refund me, but how would I get to know that my bundle wasn’t even renewed when you withdrawed my balance and your app tells me that I have my bundle renewed!! shame on you !! you steal people’s money and then you tell them “ we have nothing to help you with”
