There’s no support
I wanted go change the pick up time and there’s no option in the app. I tired to contact them via email and calling but there was no answer.
Unprofessional laundry services
I have been consistently dissatisfied with my experience using this laundry application. The level of professionalism demonstrated by the team has been notably lacking. Every time I assign clothes for laundry, queries regarding their brands and details are demanded. This unnecessary questioning disrupts the convenience I expect from a laundry service.
Moreover, the time management aspect requires drastic improvement. I have frequently selected 2-4 pm slots for laundry pickup, however, I receive contacts delayed until almost 10 pm.
