Except new house maids

Mahara needs to pay attention to the training quality of new hired housekeeping staff, they come sometimes without any minimum experience even they don’t know how to vacuum the floor!!

Not satisfied with their customer service

I booked an appointment and something urgent came up and I had to change the date&time. After changing the date I couldn't change the timing from morning to evening and I ALSO tried to contact the customer service to change the time for me and they said the system doesn't accept changing times!😅 This doesn't make sense as I was able to change the date and couldn't change the time, note that I did this whole process one week prior to the appointment.

They should improve their customer service and be more flexible when things like this happen.

Miss appointment

Driver call me that he arrived with a house keeper but my mobil was silent.
After his call by 20 minutes i called him and informed me that visit it considered as done cause I didn’t answer. Even when i tried to call the customer service they said the same. Also i said to them bring it now and i will pay the trip cost cause time still not finish for the visit, they refuse.
It was happened to me with another service provider but they another date for me not like Mahara ever.
