职业技能是经原人事部党组批准建设、由中国高级公务员培训中心运营的专门从事网络培训的国家级教育培训平台。为贯彻落实《职业技能提升行动方案（2019-2021年）》，国家职业技能提升行动领导小组办公室（人力资源社会保障部职业能力建设司）依托中国高级公务员培训中心所属中国国家人事人才培训网的技术支持和课程资源，开发建设了“国家职业技能提升行动公共服务平台”，是官方认可和支持的互联网教务服务平台。旨在大规模推动开展“互联网+职业培训”，助力加快培养大批高素质劳动者和技术技能人才。
