Fraudulent partner

I recently booked a stay at the Sumou Al Khobar hotel - the real one, but unfortunately, I had a terrible experience due to agoda's disastruous service. The hotel shown in agoda app apparently has a fraudulent booking partner, which caused a lot of confusion and hassle after the booking process. So don't book this hotel with agoda because they don't have the same property number and the front picture says Ronza Rose hotel not Sumou hotel. Rather not use this app because they will not help you when things are obviously wrong already. When I tried to contact the agoda's customer service to sort out the issue, I was met with unhelpful staff who didn't seem to care about my concerns and just let me wait for more than 3 days just to confirm with their booking partners that are unreachable which is obviously a fraud. I would not recommend booking a hotel with Agoda anymore due to their fraudulent booking partners and poor customer service. Until now they have not refunded my money to my card because they are waiting for the response of their unreachable booking partners. Shame! They will just put you on hold and tell you wait for 24-48hrs and no call back done from Agoda's customer service. I already sent this issue to agoda support email just in case you respond to this review but as expected no one tried to help unless you will do the effort to reach them.

Be careful with Book now pay-later

everybody knows that book now pay later policy and every application. They stated that the price will be fluctuating after reservation, but it was not clear at the application during reservation and after calling customer service to ask them why the price got higher and they didn’t charge me for the first time I put my visa in for the same exact time I made the booking they hung up the call and they canceled my reservation directly without even my permission and afterwords I called him again and they told me that they are sorry they can’t because there was no room available after the cancellation. I didn’t ask for cancellation. I asked him why they didn’t charge me directly on the spot at the reservation.
But hanging up a call to a customer and canceling his reservation without letting him know first and last time making walking with a Agoda
