كانت بداية للتطبيق موفقة وانتكس للأسف
للأسف تم الطلب أكثر مرة عن طريق التطبيق ولم يصل الطلب للمطعم ، بالمرة الأولى بعد انتظار اكثر من ساعة وبعد الإستعلام اتضح عدم وصول الطلب ومن دون أي اعتذار ابلغوني بأن الطلب سيعامل معاملة خاصة فقط ( اي سيتم توصيله فوراً) وبعد انتظار ساعة اخرى وصل الطلب ولكن بارد وغير قابل للأكل . وفي المرة ثانية تم النواصل مباشرة للتأكد من وصول الظلب وايضاً انضح عدم الوصول .
للعلم انا من رواد المطعم لأكثر من ٢٧ سنة ، وتقيمي هو للتطبيق ولعدم المراعاة في ذلك الوقت، اما عدا ذلك اتمنى لهم التوفيق
