AliExpress Shopping App ‪١٢+‬

AliExpress is officially one of the best online shopping app I’ve used so far. I’ve been using this app for almost a year and have placed multiple orders and until now, all products came as described, very quickly than the estimated delivery date mentioned in the app. Extremely cheap shipping option. You can choose your shipping method depending upon how quick you want the shipment. The app is extremely easy to use and navigate through. Has wide varieties of products. You can find accessories of anything here. I wanted a charger for my philips trimmer and I could only find it here on AliExpress, I wanted a particulate 3.5mm to 2.5mm aux cable and I could again only find it here. Products costs are very reasonable. Great customer support(though getting connected to an agent could be hassle). All in all, I love this app soo much and if you haven’t tried this app then you’re missing on an hidden e-commerce gem! 😍😍❤️❤️

I advise everyone to shop on Ali Express to get all the products you want in it, but there are two points or flaws: the first / late arrival of the product to the customer. And the second / the high price of the delivery, for example, you chose 20 or 25 different products at the same time and paid the value of all products at once, and they take a large amount from the buyer for each product. I hope that Ali Express changes this condition and the company’s policy that someone who buys a product or two products differentiates from someone who buys more than 25 or 30 products. As for the Ali Express site, frankly, more than a review, and my rating deserves from 4 to 4.5 stars

Can’t wait to uninstalling the app after resolving an ongoing refund issue. I purchased 12 gray hanging planter pots via the AliExpress app, but received them in various unintended colors. For several months, I've attempted to return the items and secure a refund, but without success. My efforts to communicate with both AliExpress customer service and the seller have been unproductive. Each time I reach out to customer service, I find myself starting from scratch, without any effective resolution or progress. The communication has been disappointing, and there appears to be a lack of an efficient system to track previous interactions, which hampers the problem-solving process. It seems the refund procedure is intentionally complicated, possibly to discourage customers from pursuing their rights to return unsatisfactory or incorrect products. This experience has significantly diminished my trust in AliExpress, and I plan to delete the app once this frustrating situation is finally resolved.
