Poor Application

The app has serious reliability issues
It was not working for months, started working last week and again collapsed this week.
We are unable to access our information and rely on calls only

Very bad app

The app is lagging a lot . It’s slow and doesn’t have all the data the patient needs. it doesn’t have all the names of the doctors and their appointments schedule; so you will to have to call and ask. Sometimes they don’t update your lab results on time ; and you won’t be able to access any information. Not helpful not useful

90% down, 10% under maintenace

The app has been buggy and inaccessible for more than 2 years now. It’s very unethical and unprofessional for a hospital group of this size to not be able to fix an app that serves hundreds, if not thousands, of their patients. Strangely enough, they have no back ups to cover for them in case something goes down.
