Version 8.32.1
In this version, we’ve fixed a bug in our app that occurred on devices running iOS 18, where pressing the Apple Pay button didn’t display the payment sheet. This issue has now been resolved, and Apple Pay functions smoothly on these devices. As always, we’re working to improve your experience with performance enhancements and bug fixes.

Refresh window
Everything is more than perfect, the only thing is the refresh window that appears more than 10 times in less than a minute
I was trying to book while this window continues to appear which let me lose the booking and I need to start over again
It’s not making sense that this appear so many time in raw and we need to close it so many time so the window get off the page

Unfortunately bad experience
For my honey moon three years ago , they fail to keep their commitment. Through Almusafer, I booked 5days cruise which was supposed to be leaving to “ Jordan “ where we will be staying one night . After I have arranged everything for my honeymoon which was partially in Bosnia. They disturbed me right in the middle of my trip to tell me that the cruise was canceled . When I investigated with MSC , I found out that the trip was not . Instead the rerouted it to be within the Red Sea with less duration. When I contacted Almusafer to give me another option within my sensitive time frame they ignored my request. Moreover , they fail to provide a limousine from the airport to the hotel. They customer service is like a call center , they only transfer information or transfer you to another agent. Anyway I recommend to any one who had a problem with Almusafer to contact the ministry of tourism at 1444

Very bad experince
I booked through the app and requested a modification to the reservation via WhatsApp, and they were responsive at first, but they were unable to modify the request due to the hotel not responding, according to them, so I agreed. I was surprised upon arrival that the reservation was not in my name, despite there being a reservation number and the amount being paid in advance. After waiting for an hour and due to the lack of vacancies, the hotel had to transfer my reservation to another hotel. One of the downsides of Traveler bookings is that they show the reservation for a shorter duration than usual in hotels by more than two hours! For example, you won't be able to check in before five in the evening, and you must check out before noon on the second day! Everyone does not recommend Traveler, and I will not deal with them again.
