Alrajhi and the Government is a Blessing.

I understand that we need to pay for our debts most specially when you had credits from a company or outside banks. But, due to the flood we experience back home, our house washout by flood and we are back to zero. When the outside merchant charges me with the same amount as my salary. I was worried, got into depression thinking that how could I send my Mom Money who is a stroke patient most specially with her therapy and medication. I was trying to look for a help to borrow some money but I dont get any help. When the salary came and only 40% were deducted. I was happy and thankful for the government and alrajhi, its a blessing and help from Allah and my mom has her medication, done therapy, relocated to a safer place and has food to eat. Saudi is simply a blessing most specially when you needed the most. But, inshallah I could pay all of my credit soon. Thanks Alrajhi.

I don’t know why they remove account information card from being added to Apple wallet?But for sure they need to reverse that decision!!One thing for sure !! My card can be very safe and secure inside apple wallet and I have very fast access to it!! literally , 2 click away.Yet, they decided to remove the card and every time I need to share my account number I need to open the app go through that lengthy process and share a picture?? if I need picture to share I will open my wallet and screenshot it and share the card?? I don’t know the thought process leads the developers to take such a decision it is the worst decision in every imaginable scenario even if they want to me to save that picture in my photos, I have thousands of them how I’m supposed to find that very fastly.

Mokafa Points system error in stores caused me to lose all my points !

Despite being VIP customer; the cashier system at a store has taken all my mokafa points and failed to give me invoice confirming my purchase. Had to call Rajhi for > 30 mins transferred to 5 diff employees to get me to someone who can request my points to be refunded due to store system having error. The store claims they informed rajhi about it!. As a customer, I shouldn’t be subjected to poor treatment because an IT error !! — it has really put me off as an experience. I have to wait 10 days to get my points !! And that’s tamayyuz customer :/ — I’m a bit disappointed. I even submitted a complain to the store as I am 30+ years customer with them !!
