Missing feature
I don’t know why they remove account information card from being added to Apple wallet?
But for sure they need to reverse that decision!!
One thing for sure !! My card can be very safe and secure inside apple wallet and I have very fast access to it!! literally , 2 click away.
Yet, they decided to remove the card and every time I need to share my account number I need to open the app go through that lengthy process and share a picture?? if I need picture to share I will open my wallet and screenshot it and share the card??
I don’t know the thought process leads the developers to take such a decision it is the worst decision in every imaginable scenario even if they want to me to save that picture in my photos, I have thousands of them how I’m supposed to find that very fastly.
The best banking experience in Saudi arabia

You can find the estimated wait time on its website as well as on its mobile app.

Slow response & lot of suspension
This app it is great it helps solve lot of online issues when it comes to money transfering, but in 27 of each month when the salary is deposited, I really really heat the way this app is not responding, why?
You are already taking a big amount of money from your costumers, and yet you aren’t able to fix this problem 🤨😠
It always take you 24 hours to 2 days to fix it, a lot of us have online payment especially in these time of quarantine .. I really hope that you will be able to fix this problem in the coming future, because it is really annoying 😑😑
