Needs improvement, so slow !

The old version app isn’t working properly and the new one as well ! I’m really disappointed with such a famous company that cannot even get their new update of it’s own software in Saudi Arabia. The new version is always downloading the current page for too long time and with out any results! You must sign out and sign back again to activate your account and sometimes it’s works! and mostly the same first issue occurs .

Slow, vague terminology, logs you off while using!

Firstly, let’s address why after a cumbersome login process do you log a user off WHILE using the app and browsing through the statements!?? .. only to repeat again and again!? This is not a security feature but a lack of design intelligence feature!
Then there is the figuring out what is the full statement balance which you can only be 100% sure of by downloading a statement because you removed the ‘statement’ wording! Are you saving character spaces? Then the combo of minimum amount showing on Sadad is nothing but a cheap looking ploy to incur interest fees by not knowing what the full bill is!
Please revert to a clearer communication especially when dealing with finances!

Many things need to be enhanced

1-redeeming points process is hectic
2-supplementary cards transactions are not visible and notifications are not very well maintained
3- flights, hotels, restaurants reservations.. etc done through amex are not visible i the app.. there should be a list of all reservations with their price and dates. Also there should be a calendar shows your upcoming bookings and reservations.
4- adding chat with concierge through the app
