Very bad customer service

I am really disappointed to buy from them, thy don’t care abt their regular customers also. Bai suit pasand nai aaya, aap return naa karo atleast exchange kr do. Online businesses mein aisa tou kerna chahiye, outlets hon tou hum try kr k laitay hein. Vry pathetic response. Thy only want to sell. 😡

Bad experience

They have no proper customer care , don’t hv in hand dresses n after ordering u just have to wait wait n wait …. Never answer the query about delivery properly …. I had waited for 2 months after ordering, when ever i ask when my order is going to deliver they said we ll update u about it through app …. After 2 months i just cancelled my order n un installed the app.
