Description

AntiRSI is a program for Mac OS X that helps prevent RSI (repetitive strain injury) and other computer related stress. It does so by forcing you to take regular breaks, yet without getting in the way. It also detects natural breaks so it won't force too many breaks on you.

NEW ALL SWIFT VERSION
---------------------------------

I created this app over 20 years ago. But with every OS X release it seems introduced yet another issue showing its age. So this version is a port of the old code base into modern Swift and SwiftUI. Still the same AntiRSI. But ready for the future.

NEW:

* Same old AntiRSI, but with smarter look, modern code.

* Won't immediately interrupt your work when it is time to take a break.

* Uses even fewer resources than the old version, now even supports App Nap.

------------
Fixes in 4.1.0
------------

* Fixed an issue when either micro breaks or work breaks were disabled.

* Fixes an issue with postponing break windows too long, and times between breaks becoming too long.

* Bring back Grab Focus feature from AntiRSI 3

------------
PLEASE NOTE
------------

AntiRSI is a reminder tool that can be helpful, but it is not a medical device. If you experience problems, please consult a doctor.
