I hope this message finds you well. I am writing on behalf of numerous iPhone and iPad users in Yemen who are experiencing difficulties with the "Yemen Mobile" network on their devices.
"Yemen Mobile" operates on the CDMA network system, and it has come to our attention that the network profiles for "Yemen Mobile" are not pre-configured in the iPhone and iPad devices. This has caused significant inconvenience for us, as we have to seek assistance from programmers to install other network profiles in order to use the "Yemen Mobile" network.
We understand that Apple strives to provide the best user experience for its customers worldwide. Therefore, we kindly request your assistance to include the network profiles for "Yemen Mobile" in the IPCC files and other necessary files in your upcoming updates. This will greatly enhance the user experience for Apple customers in Yemen and save us from the recurring issue of having to manually install the network profiles.
