Hi, thank you team for the performance in response to any customer suggestions. Suggestion :For more security, I suggest to make smart iPhone screen, which can recognize who is using the phone be timely recognizing fingers ( ex, even if the person is using the phone let’s say for an hour the iPhone still do a seconds checking who is using it by fingers), And when suddenly anyone else is taking or using the phone the iPhone immediately the iPhone locked and ask for another PIN instead of the daily passcode. I hope the idea is clear and if not please reach me out to explain more, happy to take the suggestion seriously and believe me it worth a lot and its big enhancement.Thank you!
Please add this feature to IOS:when user drag down to search show the battery percentage , i think it’s better than go to the top right and drag down.
I have been a loyal Apple customer for many years, and this ongoing issue with my device has caused significant inconvenience and disruption in my daily life. I am extremely disappointed with the support I have received and expected better from Apple. Despite the frustration and inconvenience, I am hopeful for a satisfactory resolution

Bad customer service I have ever seen in my lifeFollowing up with CS team since 3 days for one case and it is very easy to resolve.They are just wasting my time by no results !Call center, customer service both are asking many questions with no use!Until now I’m not able to remove unknown GMail ID from my Apple Watch.
Paid for Apple Care+ but not able to get a replacement phone because Apple employees can’t do their job properly, everyone should be aware before purchasing any policy from Apple, such a ripoff!
