Costumer service and return policy need to be changed
Very bad return policy and costumer service 👎🏻
I wanted to return an entire shipment which was worth more than 100 pounds. I made the return on August 23 and after contacting them several times they’re telling me to wait till October 16 for my refund to be processed!
Moreover, if you need a costumer service there is only a chatting option, Which requires a lot of time and patience especially you need to respond quickly in order for your complaint to be solved otherwise the chat will be closed automatically ( average time for a customer service is 30 mins) There’s not any emailing or social media private messages anymore.
Worst app worst experience
I had the worst experience and the worst coat ever with this store
I ordered a coat in 20 November in Black Friday and it arrived in 20 DEC the coat was wrong color I contact with customer service and they return the item and refund my money the item was out of stock and they asked me to order it again when it available and They weren't sure it would be available again or not and I was helpful and did what they offered, I waited until the coat is available again Fortunately, it is available again and I order it again on 23 DEC and delivered on 27 DEC and The same mistake happened it was wrong color and the same bad coat , when I contact the customer service again they were not helping they offered the same choice again that was return and order it again when it available and not sure if it will be available again or not . And badly I keep the wrong bad coat while I did not order it or like it .
Asos app is awesome!
I like how the app is so HELPFUL. First there is a SIZE ASSISTANT , any assistance is a plus to me. Second, the app helps you with styles you seem to prefer by your choices, when I was confused about shipping fees, the reason was noted there for my help and ideas were given on how I could handle my situation. The APP is GREAT and I got an amazing DISCOUNT for my first purchase! And I really love the availability of the VIDEOS of the products! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼❤️The thing I love is how to see the dresses by video. You can see how they flo when being worn. Its the best idea. I had to RETURN an item, it was AMAZINGLY EASY . THANKS AGAIN ❤️ASOS❤️you are AWESOME!🎉🎉🎉🎉
