Once your SWB200 is connected to your iPhone or iPad, and the app is installed you can:

and Sleep - Configure reminders for, getting active, wake up alarms, medication
- Monitor your daily targets and progress for Steps, Distance, Calorie
stimings and custom alarms and monitor your waking time
- Review your sleep history
- Heart Rate and Blood Pressure Monitor
This App is also compatible with Apple Health
Your bracelet health data will be synced to your phone Apple Health, if you don't need to sync, please deny access to Apple Health permissions
