I love this app but subscription not renewed
Dear developers,
I extremely love this app and my son loves it too that I had to subscribe annually to it! However, about two months ago, the ads started appearing and not all the apps were available. I tried subscribing monthly but the same thing happened. I tried cancelling the subscription and then resubscribed but the same thing happened! This is very frustrating as not all the ads that appear are appropriate for my child and there are some games that my son used to play and now he can’t because they are locked and I can’t unlock them no matter. Please fix this issue. I would give this app 5 stars in a heartbeat but this issue is really frustrating, that is why I am giving it 1 star now.
