Useless app
I downloaded this app and tried to use their services . I had no idea how to use this things.... and i didnt know some stores although you can order from them . They are already closed. So i ordered last august 14 and mind you i havent received any item from them. And i was asking for a refund .... but behold its now september 11 almost 1 month and still no update whatsoever they keep saying its because i have used visa... but i have used other food ordering platforms and i usually receive my refund not long after my cancelled order.... they tried to contact me and told me about giving me some coupon for the trouble theyve cause me but they didnt even give me one like literally what is your customer care doing ??!! Are you really doing something for your customers???!!! If i can give a negative points ill really put one!!!!!

Dear customer, we apologize for what happened to you and we assure you that the customer service team really care about your issue which is a rare case, they followed up continuously with the payment service provider because the amount appeared to us on the platform as "refunded" on the same day of your order. The payment service provider has confirmed that it was refunded which means that we will never receive this payment. Anyways, we will provide you with the proof so you can contact your card issuer and claim your refund from them. In addition, the customer service team will call you back to make sure that your promo code is valid so you can enjoy a free discount.
