Images need a fix
UX/UI is great, but the images dont show when you click on the product if you want to zoom in.
Also doesnt work when you click on an image posted in reviews. Same Grey boxes appear
Delivery took so long
I was promised to receive my shipment within 3-6 working day. I haven’t received my order yet and it’s been 14 working days since I’ve placed my order, not including weekends! When I contacted the support team they told me that there was an issue with my order and it will be fixed, then they told me that my contract number was wrong and they requested my number again to be sent to the carrier and it’s been 5 days after I provided my contact number again! Not to mention that my correct address is provided in the website. What bothers me the most is the way they are replying to my emails , it’s like they are saying it happens just relax and wait 🙂

I have a problem with my shipment it hasn’t been delivered since 2 months while it was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks and I didn’t get my money back!! Where do I place my complaint? I’ve been calling the number on the app for my country during working hours but they keep hanging up on me. Terrible customer experience. I just want my money back and I’ll never purchase anything from Beauty Bay EVER AGAIN. I spent 900SR and to this day I didn’t get the merchandise or the money. I was so excited but not anymore. I don’t care about what I ordered I just want my money back!!!
