Amazing service

I always use Blacklane services due to their very professional way and some times in a country being there for the first time and doing so will assure you very safe rides even though they are more expensive than local but there’s no price for your safety

Experience

The experience was very bad and worrying. My flight was late at night from city to city and I had my booking made prior to my flight. Once I was in the car, we were driving for around an hour before the driver started falling asleep. He was clearly drowsy and we almost crashed into the pier twice. He asked me twice that if I wanted him to stop driving for awhile, which wasn’t part of the deal as it was supposed to be a straight 3-hour drive. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable and it is the first and last experience with Blacklane.

My boss & his family was on tour in Portugal from Saudi Arabia. He liked the service of blacklane. Excellent Chauffeurs, Good Cars/Van & Prompt pickup & drop off timings. Well done BL. Keep it up.
