Today I had a ride and I couldn’t find it when I arrived to pay the driver.
The driver also tried to open the ride to end it with no hope.
I payed him nevertheless this supposed to be a free ride offer.
Over charging and does not update (system too slow)
1. They charge higher amount than the amount asked for before booking.
2. The trip does end immediately when I reached my destination, so it means the meter is still moving. It just ended 10 mins after. I paid 13 sar additional for the said trip.
3. No option for direct complain and refund in this app like the uber. No immediate response and action for complains.
I have experienced these issues multiple times, i just had enough of it. Fix your application and drivers.
Wrong in application
Please check the last update is not working in IOS need updates all time and already updated.
Is very cheap and I will advise my friends to use it.
