Dear Admin:
My issues & concerns are as follows:
1. Despite notifications turned ON; at times the app icon does not show any thing and only on opening the app ; you come to know about new mails ; I reinstalled as well. Also checked with other colleagues and facing same problem
2. At times when notifications are working fine; a SAME email comes as notification 2-3 times and not just one, causing confusion; resolved only once you open APP
3. App takes a lot of time to refresh. At times all mails are read/ opened, yet as notification it shows some numbers though on opening the app there is no new mail.

Improvements badly needed
I have only been using the app for two months, three things I noticed.
Unable to copy email addresses and contacts from the app.
I do not receive notifications for new mail (it would be very helpful to receive notifications from mail going directly to folders using outlook rules).
Unable to sync. with outlook drafts folde sometimes I need to send an already drafted email in my outlook account, it only saves local drafts.
I hope the next update will address these important issues.

Thanks for the opportunity to review this app.
For some odd reason the sync is not happening correctly as I tend to miss some emails. In addition, there are no notifications on the main screen. I tried to enable it but unfortunately it doesn’t allow me.
Apart from the lack of these key features, the app is good.
