Excellent !

I faced a couple of problems starting the app first but eventually it worked and believe me when I tell you they have the best customer service the support technician was more than excellent quick and helpful.

Smooth app experience but VERY POOR customer service

App is all well and good. Scooters are in excellent condition. Wait until you have an issue and CUSTOMER SERVICE is basically nonexistent. No messages, or acknowledgement whatsoever. No way to follow up your complaints either. Payment option is also a little bit of a hassle. They require you to top up at least a minimum of 20sar, and won’t let you ride if your balance goes below 10sar even though they have your payment info.
