Price needs to change

It’s convenient and available all around but it was expensive.

Decent application need improvement

Service is good, application is hanging some time , it happen that it is not ending the trip and keep counting on you until your balance disappear, This time cs returned the money, hope they get the application improved and not hanging, or it reminds you if you crossed average rental time so in case you missed to end the trip or application hanged it notify you. Thank you.

Smooth app experience but VERY POOR customer service

App is all well and good. Scooters are in excellent condition. Wait until you have an issue and CUSTOMER SERVICE is basically nonexistent. No messages, or acknowledgement whatsoever. No way to follow up your complaints either. Payment option is also a little bit of a hassle. They require you to top up at least a minimum of 20sar, and won’t let you ride if your balance goes below 10sar even though they have your payment info.
