Services provided

First thanks for excellent job done via apps and sharing updates and info
But i feel there is some slowness in the update that might required more attempts to ensure proper medical services provided timely and given the patient quick tome to decide

Diverse services, horrendous UX

The app allows for many services to be done online. The UI is okay, but the way they built their UX is horrible, its hard to navigate through the services, its much harder to search in the network or the doctors as you constantly have to start your search all over again every time you check a doctor or an institute. it also takes forever to load the app, and it lags as you move from one page to another. Really bad experience, and their website is even worse for the ophpne.

Worst experience ever, i wish i chose another insurance company !

The app is not working for me, as soon as i open the app it redirects me to Safari to download something called “AppLogs”.

Update: even after the update the app is not working until I turn off the developer mode, why is this stupid company is forcing me to turn off my developer mode which i rely on it for other purposes to use their disappointing app !!

This is the worse experience ever, first time force against my will to choose between my insurance and my career !
