Services provided

First thanks for excellent job done via apps and sharing updates and info
But i feel there is some slowness in the update that might required more attempts to ensure proper medical services provided timely and given the patient quick tome to decide

Diverse services, horrendous UX

The app allows for many services to be done online. The UI is okay, but the way they built their UX is horrible, its hard to navigate through the services, its much harder to search in the network or the doctors as you constantly have to start your search all over again every time you check a doctor or an institute. it also takes forever to load the app, and it lags as you move from one page to another. Really bad experience, and their website is even worse for the ophpne.

Navigate

How come when you have a map in ur app I should at least can navigate through all the branches you having inside the map but if I choose one of them I cannot go back and choose different location in that city I have to go back from the beginning the location will start me from the place that I am in and I have to re-navigate to another city to choose another branch and that is very bad you have to improve the map feature in your app guys thank you
