The app keeps on hanging as soon as I open PDF file for any of my Reports. Can you please fix this bug?!

Am getting an error while trying to login.
“Sign in from your mobile first”. Even though my credentials are correct.
App is not working since more than a month!!!
I am regular patient to Care hospital Al Malaz since almost 4 years, and one of the most important features I am getting from this hospital was this app where I could check all the medical history of me and my family...
Currently since this app is not working I feel lost and frustrated and I am thinking literally to leave this hospital and never visit again due to the Clear negligence we could see from the hospital management as they don't care about their app situation!!!
