I am a user of Careem captain. I cannot access easy paisa account. It is always showing problem, like the payment Careem due to us goes in our bank account so same should be done, the payment we owe to Careem shall be easy for us to top up from bank, and yes like a customer receive an probility of the amount before the trip, so driver should also get before accepting the trip. The application has problems, such as if you open a message from outside the application, it makes you agree to the request against your will without your consent. The other thing is that it does not show you people close to you, it only shows you customers. I wish they would put a distance circle like Zone 1, 2, 3, 4, k.

Really bad app, people do not pay and the app will deduct from the driver and you cannot complain, and you will get a bad rating. Do not believe people that say “I will transfer to your account” and unfortunately it will be your unlucky day, since Careem will help them get money from you, Careem will deduct and you cannot raise dispute, the raise dispute section is also a lie, you can only dispute 3 trips that happened before 1 week and you cannot dispute recent trips. the incentives that are called “guarantees” are all lies, in that they are not achievable, and if they are achievable they will give you 0 riyals. Really bad app, really bad people, I will try something not owned by Uber.

I have found this app contain many errorsOr the developer dont give a dm to captins While using it and see the request If you just touch by mistake you gonna accept the trip , and now with the new update , you cant pin your destination, anyway , we have also problem with the trips that far away like 6-8km and you only gonna get 7 SR 😂😂 what a joke , specially with budget option that satisfied the user but make the driver like fool, cream got their Commission and drive get lowest gain of the trip , they need to fix their policy , or the captains might get stop using this app
