THE BUSINESS MODEL

Good for the business, good for the customer.
This app wins.

This app should make tons of people eat comfortably and feel happy about spending wise money. Awesome business model.

I’m waiting after a few years for them to make a subscription model. Even if they don’t, restaurants are incentivized to pay the delivery fee for the customers anyway (basically free delivery).

To cari: Just keep up and don’t lose the hype, this is revolutionizing the food delivery industry. You are making greatness in this world. The app is so good that Word of Mouth is applied and no need for any marketing costs. Please spend “0” in marketing to measure your greatness. I genuinely hope this business model continues and that Cari achieves high growth and when it matures, I hope it stays matured and doesn’t grow in minus.

Great experience

The app is so easy to use and navigate.

Ordering experience was so smooth compared to other aggregator applications in UAE plus their delivery time was beyond my expectations

Scam and theft

I have ordered almost 5 weeks ago from this app and I have faced the following scam:

1- I ordered and the order was very late (almost 2 hours late) so I contacted them and they promised me that the order is with the driver and on the way, however shortly after the canceled the order!!

2- I requested a refund and they told me the refund will be with me in the next few day but here I am 5 weeks later and no refund although I am contacting them every week and they are telling me the refund has been sent and give me a random number and told me it is the refund number which is a big lie because I contacted the bank and checked my bank statement frequently but there is no refund and the bank is telling me that there is no way they made the refund and the refund number given is random!!

I don’t know what to do at this time, honestly if there is less then one star I will give them.

I have never made a review to an app or a restaurant and I don’t want to affect anyone but these scammers deserve this!
